Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cake Bars
Seriously yummy cake bars made with peanut butter and chocolate chips!
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 medium size eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups Gluten Free all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 350°.
Grease baking pan.
Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Beat in eggs, then beat in vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread batter into greased baking pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool then cut into bars.
