Easy Chili Recipe

Easy Chili Recipe. Simple ingredients, Quick to prepare and taste great! Perfect chili for chili hot dogs, frito pie or to eat by itself!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 16 oz pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 small onion chopped or 1/3 cup minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour I use gluten-free

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef, add onion and garlic in saucepan.
  • Add tomato sauce and water.
  • Stir in spice ingredients.
  • Stir or whisk in all-purpose flour (to thicken chili).
  • Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
  • Stir in drained beans.
  • Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
