Easy Chili Recipe. Simple ingredients, Quick to prepare and taste great! Perfect chili for chili hot dogs, frito pie or to eat by itself!
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 16 oz pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 small onion chopped or 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour I use gluten-free
Brown beef, add onion and garlic in saucepan.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Stir in spice ingredients.
Stir or whisk in all-purpose flour (to thicken chili).
Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
Stir in drained beans.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
