About my Experience:
\nNow, this was not my first massage but it was long over due! I had my last massage 3 years ago while my husband and I were on vacation. I don’t know why I thought massages were only during holidays or vacations.<\/p>\n

I had seen many of the Massage Envy locations around DFW; they actually have 33 convienient DFW locations. I never thought to just go for no special reason….what was I thinking! You and I deserve to treat ourselves every once in a while and I sure do plan on it!<\/p>\n

I was able to make a short drive to the closest Massage Envy to my house.<\/p>\n

I walked in and was immediately greeted by two friendly ladies who worked there. They then escorted me to a relaxing room to sit and fill out 2 forms. They even brought me some water! The forms were very simple questions and helped design the perfect massage for me.<\/p>\n

The lady looked over my forms and confirmed most my answers and explained areas I did not want massaged. I had selected no on Gluteal and Pectoral. She informed the gluteal muscle is actually above that area and so was the pectoral! I’m so glad she told be because my gluteal area really needed to be\u00a0worked out!<\/p>\n

Right on time my massage therapist appeared. She was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her right away. She showed me to our room and explained what to do. I got under the sheets and on to the warmed table. It was heavenly!<\/p>\n

The sounds of running water and soothing music played as Nicki, my therapsit, worked her magic! I had asked for medium pressure but she did ask a couple times to make sure the pressure was good. Some areas were intense but in a good way! I could feel she was really working problem areas out, like the glueteal and shoulder areas!<\/p>\n

Before I knew it the time was up. Nicki, asked how I felt and I replied, “relaxed!” I was feeling good and rejuvenated! Now, that I know that level of relaxation can be achieved so close to home I will be here again for sure!<\/p>\n
