With the holiday season upon us I have started my Christmas shopping. I do enjoy shopping for Christmas presents but I do prefer to finish as soon as possible while still finding great deals. I love saving money, don’t you? That’s why Big Lots is my go-to-store for everything I need during the Holiday season: Christmas presents, last-minute gifting ideas for friends and family, as well as, decorations, wrapping paper and gift-giving accessories!
I headed to my local Big Lots with my kids’ Wish List in hand and I was able to put a huge dent in my Holiday shopping needs in ONE trip! I picked up my son’s “Want”, “Need” and “Wear ‘Gifts, we follow the 4 Gift Rule. Also, I pickd up wrapping supplies, stocking stuffers and a few new holiday decorations I couldn’t pass up on. I told you Big Lots has everything you need for this holiday season!
With the great selection of toys and games I found the perfect toy my son has been wanting. My son is obsessed with toy cars and wanted a car set or ramp. I found an awesome Matchbox garage set; I can’t wait to see his face when he opens this Christmas gift!
My son also had PlayDoh on his Wish List and Big Lots had a great selection of PlayDoh products. I choose The Play-Doh Fun Factory, I’m sure it will give him hours of creating and playing!
While searching for items on my list I came across cute winter hat and mitten sets. I thought the Finding Nemo set would be a perfect “Wear” gift for my little man who loves Finding Nemo and the color orange. Yay, to another item off my shopping list!
I found all the stocking stuffers I needed plus some and at a great price too! Instead of filling stockings with lots of candy I prefer stockings filled with small toys and games.
I decided to go ahead and pick up gift wrap and bags while I was there. Talk about selection! I think I spent the majority of my shopping trip picking out gift wrap, seriously they have a HUGE selection!
While shopping I couldn’t help but notice the gorgeous Holiday decorations. I didn’t plan on buying decorations during my trip but I couldn’t resist, just consider it a Christmas gift for myself! I think Christmas decorations make great gifts.
