Thanks for hosting, Amber! I hope it’s okay that I’m not sharing a recipe today. It’s about choosing gluten free foods that heal, instead of the many that harm. To me, going allergen free is about a lot more than just avoiding a particular food. It’s about eating real food, and limiting the toxins and food additives we expose ourselves to. So, food for thought for today.
Have a happy, healthy week!
Amber
This is great Dawn! Very true.
Shirley @ gfe & All Gluten-Free Desserts
Hi Amber–I’m linking up my chocolate pudding desserts roundup from All Gluten-Free Desserts. There are desserts in all categories (basic pudding, pudding cakes, etc.) and of all types (just gf; gf/df; vegan, etc.). This has been a very popular post because everyone loves chocolate pudding so! 🙂

Hey Amber! Thanks for hosting this fun party! I am sharing my newest favorite cookie that I just had to make after discovering Sunspire’s Sundrops (similar to M&M’s) that have no artificial coloring. I have found the Sundrops at our co-op and now also Target!!
Amber
Melanie, I am totally going to hunt down some Sundrops!
Pat @ Elegantly, Gluten-Free
Hi Amber —
Thanks for making a place for us to share recipes! Today I’m linking Mini-Meat Loaf with Mushroom Sauce, which is good now and also good later (if you can freeze a few loaves, they’ll thaw quicker than a big loaf for a quick meal later).
Amber
Sounds great! thanks Pat!
