Well it has been a very eventful week for my family! I officially am a stay at home mom! My husband and I agreed it would be best for us and we are at a financial position that we can! I quit my Store Manager position (48 hours a week) to stay home with my boys! It’s been bitter sweet because I do love the company and people I work with but I am super excited to stay home. Also, now I will have more time to work on new Gluten Free Recipes, hooray!
Here are my Top 3 from last Week in no particular order:
Tomato Basil Soup With Goat Cheese from What A Girl Eats.
Paleo-Friendly Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies from gfe–gluten free easily.
Everyone’s favorite (gluten-free) chocolate cake from ruth plus two.

Shirley @ gfe & All Gluten-Free Desserts
Thanks so much for the highlight, Amber! I’m so honored to have my new cookie recipe between that delish tomato soup and that chocolate cake. I’ll take some of each, please! 😉
This week I’m linking up a new recipe, Banana Ice Cream, and an old one, my beloved Flourless, Doughless Pizza. Hope everyone enjoys them!
Congrats on becoming a SAHM! Btw, I’ve actually posted fewer recipes since being at home full time since March. One just never knows what will happen with life changes. 😉 I know you’ll love spending time with your kiddos for sure though!
Amber
Thanks Shirley! That’s funny about posting less now, but I can totally relate!

This week I’m linking a new post of mine, Mediterranean Beef Rump Roast in the Slow Cooker. It’s gluten-free, top 8 free, low carb and paleo.
Many blessings for your new season,
