Hi Amber,
This week I’m linking a recipe with a new product I discovered — it’s rotini made from lentils. Gluten-free, non-GMO, organic, top 8 allergen-free, kosher, low glycemic and more, and it tastes delicious. So I made both a salad and also a skillet dish with it.
I hope you have a great weekend!
