John 14:27
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
Jesus promises us His peace—not a temporary or fragile peace, but one that stays with us through every storm. When anxiety takes hold, we can cling to this truth: the peace of Christ is ours, and nothing can take it away.
✨ Encouragement: Whenever you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and remind yourself, Jesus has given me His peace—it’s already mine.

Psalm 46:10
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
When anxiety fills my mind, this verse reminds me to pause and breathe. God is in control. He is bigger than my worries. And I don’t have to have all the answers—because He does.
✨ Encouragement: Set aside a few minutes today to sit in stillness. No distractions. No to-do lists. Just a moment to rest in God’s presence.

1 Peter 5:7
“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
This verse is a beautiful invitation to hand over our worries to God. We weren’t meant to carry the weight of our anxieties alone—He asks us to give them to Him because He truly cares about us. No matter how small or big your concerns feel, God wants to hear them.
✨ Encouragement: Take a moment today to pray and release your worries into God’s hands. He is always listening.

Matthew 6:34
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.”
Worrying about the future is something I’ve battled with often. But Jesus tells us not to get caught up in the “what ifs.” Instead, He calls us to trust that He will provide what we need, one day at a time.
✨ Encouragement: When anxious thoughts about the future creep in, pause and ask yourself: Is this something I need to deal with today? Or can I trust God to handle it in His timing?
