One of my favorite things in the whole world is cheese bread! I had tried cheese bread at a Brazilian-style steakhouses in DFW. I think I ate so much cheese bread I had left little room for the actual steak!
With that said, I was super excited when I heard about Brazi Bites, ready to bake Gluten Free brazilian cheese bread (pão de queijo). These cheese bread snacks are made with 100% natural ingredients too!
Brazi Bites wanted my Gluten Free family to try their products and sent me their three flavors- original, bacon and fire-roasted jalapeño. I cannot lie my husband and son were giddy when they heard there was a bacon flavor…who can blame them…it’s BACON!
With the whole family pumped and ready to try these cheese bread snacks we preheat the oven to 400° degrees and popped those babies in! Just 20 minutes later we had perfectly cooked snacks with a crispy crust and fluffy center! When I say fluffy, I mean a cheesy, fluffy, heavenly center!!! We are now huge fans of all 3 flavors! I prefer the original but the boys love the bacon flavor. The fire-roasted jalapeño had a great kick too and was very tasty! Just be careful not to ruin your appetite by only eating Brazi Bites.
I really like that the Brazi Bites come in a resealable bag. I was able to bake just what I needed and save the rest for another time easily.
This is a great option to eat with your meals; I like to pair mine with a soup! I think they are a great option for a snack at any party! Talk about an easy snack to make and it’s Gluten Free and made with natural ingredients!
Brazi Bites suggest to try them with: beer, wine, coffee, meats, cheeses, soups, spreads and much more!
I highly recommend trying Brazi Bites for yourself! Remember they are Naturally Gluten-Free, Wheat Free, 100% Natural Ingredients, No Trans Fat, No Sugar, No Artificial Flavors or Preservatives.

Wow, I have two granddaughters who are on gluten free diets and they complain of missing bread a lot, and I bet these would be good to have with soup, stew, snacks, and the like, thank you for sharing this review, I think I would like to try the original Brazi Bites cheese bread.

I would love to try the original flavor out. I am on a gluten free diet due to having Celiac Disease and really miss having a good tasting bread. These look really good!
